Willows Dental Practice

This practice is outstanding! It’s very clean and has a calming atmosphere. The receptionists are always very welcoming. Richard is incredible and has done a fantastic job with my teeth. His dental assistant was very supportive whilst I was anxious. Would recommend this practice to anyone, especially those who are nervous like me!

My partner was sent here today through the 111 service as an emergency appointment. My partner struggles with severe anxiety and learning difficulties so finds it hard sometimes to understand what people mean when their talking to him and sometimes needs things explained in a different way, the lovely women who worked today were absolutely amazing with him! And I honestly can’t thank you enough! It was his first ever extraction and when he saw the needle getting close to him he did startle abit but the women stopped straight away and spoke with him did some breathing with him and calmed him right down! Honestly you girls were amazing! And you’re both a credit to the dental practice! Thank you both so much for you’re patients and kindness today ❤️

I have a friend who is in need of dental treatment and approached willows dental practice. Let's just say the lady who spoke to her was less than friendly,was very rude and even slammed the door in her face. So not highly rated by her.

just rip off merchants spoke with manger she came across as tho she had something stuck in her anas thy stole 52 pounds i will get a refund cos the police will be informed just stick with the 101 referral thats were the money thanks ayaz

I had to wait 2 months for a private appointment. My appointment was on a Monday. I was called on Saturday and told that I was needed in work on Monday. The dentist is closed on the weekend, so I phoned to cancel first thing Monday morning (the earliest opportunity when they were open)I was told as it was short notice I would lose my deposit. Absolutely disgusting. I had already paid £93 for the dentist to poke my gums for 30 seconds. I would avoid at all costs

Such a lovely dentist practice! I was so nervous as I'm afraid of the dentist and was reassured by a lovely nurse while I had my tooth out .. they dentist who toke my tooth out asked if I was okay and made sure I was comfortable with everything and explained exactly what he was doing .. Very clean environment would definitely recommend to anyone ❤️

Felt sincerity and trustful.She explained everything what I need to know about teeth and treatment which not all dentists do.
