Allanon can get very stressed travelling by bus or car, funnily enough he loves travelling by train. That said the staff were kind and understanding. Unfortunately he still gets stressed but the staff did everything they could to make him comfortable while he was travelling. It can be very difficult for Allanon but the staff were amazing with him and I cannot speak highly enough.

Gareth went above & beyond to help us at 1 of the worst times of are life's. Our beautiful boy Buster took a turn for the worst on the 1st of july at 5.30 in the morning & we had no way to get our boy to the vets & I rung up Gareth & he helped us in our hour of need & he took my partner & Buster to the vets & stayed with them both till the very end & he took buster to cremate him & he kept us informed every step of the way & Gareth bought are boy home today. I can't thank Gareth enough for all that he's done for us. We really appreciate everything you did. Thank you so much xxx

The staff are very friendly and caring - when using their, Pet Taxi; very punctual and so friendly - you couldn’t wish for a friendly person, Gareth -was. When asking questions regards to Information that we asked, Gareth put my friend at ease; I feel this is more than a business - with how, Gareth had so much compassion and so caring. Me and my friend were impressed - when we used, Big Paws and Little Paws. So I would like to say a massive thank you for your fantastic service and also - you’re so caring and so helpful. Took my Chow Chow for the 1st time , he came out looking absolutely amazing and a brilliant job well done .He wasn't stressed out what so ever after is visit and wasn't put in to a cage. Well done to all staff and thankyou will be visiting again soon

First time using this grooming salon and will definately be back. Very caring and my cavalier king charles spaniel has been cut lovely, exactly what I asked for. Staff very welcoming and friendly. It is obvious that they care about the dogs they groom

I don’t think we will ever be able to express our thanks to Gareth for his kindness and support in helping us rehome our dog this week. Gareth went to enormous lengths to find a suitable new home for Obi and to take him there on the long journey through the night. His good sense and reassurance made a very difficult situation so much more bearable and his instant rapport with Obi was a joy to see. Gareth is extremely knowledgeable about dogs, his van was impeccably clean and we felt confident that Obi was travelling in the very best of hands. I can’t recommend him more highly.
