We were promised 5 double beds and received 4 instead with 1 of the rooms being a single bed and smaller than the rest.Most rooms don't seem to have been cleaned before our arrival. Spider webs, dust, dirty windows, scratched surfaces amongst other issues.

The company is very communicative and will get on a maintenance issue straight away. The 9-month contract is appealing especially to final years!

I think is expensive in proportion with what they offer and they do not have the option to pay monthly, they expect to pay the whole year on advance. It's crazy and it's not great the facilities.

The flat I lived in needs upgrading a little and parking can be a challenge but the location is great and the management and maintenance team are very helpful and easy to communicate with - whenever we needed anything it was done straight away!

Very nicely located accommodation within 3mn. to Tesco Express and the bus station (5mns to center). Rooms are standard and facility is probably some years old but from the prices you cannot really expect luxury. Very helpful management team (Bill & Co.); doing everything for the students.

Really easy to get things fixed, or any problems logistically that may be encountered. Pricing is fair and reasonable, only downside is the washers and dryers- only 2 of each for a lot of flats to share, although flats are being renovated to have washer/dryer in kitchen
