It's with great sadness that our Louie lost his fight to cancer, but Nicky and all the staff at Norbury Pet Health Centre could not have been more loving and understanding when such a hard decision had to be made. Nicky and the team always provided our well loved louie with the best care and provided us with all the information we needed to know. We were always made to feel welcome and at the time we needed it they showed compassion and sympathy. I can honestly say everyone is so kind hearted and I'm so grateful and thankful for all their love and hard work.

A very informative vets with thorough knowledge and care. My dog has chronic allergies and has come on leaps and bounds in a month or so. My other dog needed an operation to remove a skin tag and the care has been great with him too.

First time visiting this vets .I was pleased with the service. All staff members was amazing and welcoming . My bird is well and happy after his toenails being cut. (First time). Will be going back anytime he needs it .

This vet is so expensive they are NOT animal lovers to be charging these kind of fees. It’s really sad, I wish vets were able to be regulated on what they charged. Don’t go here if you don’t have lots of money to spend!

Great vets! with very friendly staff. They care and give you the best of services. Reasonable fees and the vet will inform you of the cost of treatment before they proceed. Thank you all for looking after my baby Troy.
