I went to Seren Yoga because I've been wanting to incorporate yoga into my life. I booked a Beginners Yoga Session and unfortunately I was disappointed. The teacher was not as welcoming as I'd hoped. She didn't introduce herself, she didn't explain anything about the studio or how she will be conducting the session, and I was left feeling uncomfortable and completely clueless. For a beginners class I would have hoped that it was tailored towards beginners but I found it extremely hard and complex and it was definitely not beginner standard.
