EXTREMELY slow at processing orders and dispatching them. No tracking number when looking at your order. If you want to wait forever for your order this is the place to go. It is 2020 and the UK has got plenty of other companies who are willing to get your goods to you rapidly.Lots of similar problems on their ebay feedback. Look at the example I got from Ebay. They have got no problem calling a customer an idiot?!

I purchased radiator spray paint, first paint the can failed and the after sales could not have been better, another can was dispatched immediately, sadly that's where the service ended. I bought two cans of beige paint for another radiator, the colour that came back was completely different, I was told that the colour that showed on my computer was not correct as my computer was not specially set to show colours. After further correspondence they agreed to send me another colour to compensate for the first paint, to put it in perspective I ordered beige and the colour returned was almost butter milk yellow. Anyway the second batch came, and was exactly the same as the WRONG colour. Now they are offering another totally different colour but only 1 can even though I need 2 ,. See image attached the wardrobe is beige is that panel end beige!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS UK COMPANY !!Worse company i have dealt with ever. Utterly disgusted cannot believe the poor service from this company. Failed at every stage, from ordering, waited 3 weeks, had to email them to send as they forgot then they sent the item incomplete without hardener !!Then i had to ask for label to return item as they would not send hardener next day !! order to refund took a month !!Just wasted a month of my life dealing with this company.Beware !!

Arcrite welding, ordered 2 items online at silly covid prices which were showing in stock. There was a popup saying that due to corona delivery could be up to a week(no problem). Nothing turned up, emailed, no response, phoned, no answer, opened a case/ communication through PayPal...nothing.I would like to give no stars because genuinely they are an appalling company. But Google won't let me do that.I notice they're getting lots of negative reviews, take heedUPDATE: ended up opening a PayPal case. Arcrite supplied a made up shipping number in order to cancel the case,Had to get paypal to reopen case and decide in my favour when tracking proved to be false!!

Excellent quality paint and supplies, always consistently good service. Had multiple batches of same RAL code matched paint and they have been identical in every way. Top company, give them a go!

Still waiting for my paint. forgot how long it's been since I placed an order but seems like a month, emailed three times and asked for refund, no replies from them.I'd be out of business if I took the same attitude towards my customers.

Waiting 3 weeks for my items, Still not received .Dont answer emails. Im at a complete loss at this point. Will not be ordering again

3rd time I've ordered paint from here and I will continue to order from this company. The latest order was a little slow being dispatched but I emailed then and they let me know it's because they're short staffed. Completely understand given the pandemic. Paint then arrived within another week. Excellent quality paint, cannot fault at all.

Do not order, i placed an order 10 days ago and it is still showing as processing, I've tried contacting the company multiple time by email and by phone too, rang the number and nobody answers, then the phone transferred me to a medical centre and a council warehousing.I know we are in unprecedented times and you are claiming to be under staffed, but come on 10 days and the order has still not been sent.

Great paint at reasonable prices.I've been ordering and collecting during Covide 19 lockdown.Always found the staff helpful.(Usually!).
