Be sure not to order online because they give you whatever the want and when you phone you to tell them its the wrong order they blame the ordering system and tell you they won't be changing it ridiculous tbh

Ordered on just eat, got a notification that’s it had been delivered just before the just eat delivery slot… it hadn’t, and wasn’t delivered for another 45 minutes, was cold by the time it got here… then when we got the order in we were 5 cans of Fanta short

Just had chicken noodle soup hardly warm. Then special chowmein which was last nights noodles with almost no gravy. I have been using this Chinese for over 40 years so was extremely disappointed

Disgusting, had to wait over an hour an a half through Just Eat. When it arrived my Special Chow Mein had 4 tiny bits of ‘meat’ and a big heap of noodles, that was it. Was cold too . When I phoned to complain they were not interested, won’t be ordering here again.

Friend ordered munchy box, chips were not seasoned, ribs that came had no meat and there was excessive oil on the food. Service at door was unpleasant. Save your money.

I placed an order for delivery which i was told would take over an hour so i said i would collect it as i could do so in 20 minutes! Then waited for it for 40 minutes to get it home and discovered i was missing a dish! I phoned to complain to be told i would be charged delivery to drop the item off and when complained about this she then said it would just be dropped off! I then phoned back to say i was also missing sauce to be told the delivery man had already left with the item so i said i would just leave it! I have now been waiting for said item now for nearly an hour and a half!!!!!WILL NOT BE BACK!!

The one star is for delivery, the food itself has always been good, but you get the standard it'll be an hour to deliver" two hours later when you phone to ask where it is

Terrible one way system staff walking towards you then stopping you as Isle is less than 1mtr.when asked why they walk in wrong direction they don't have to social distance ,so they can help spread viruses as its thier company policy to ignore government safety procedures and guide lines if your shielding or self isolating avoid this store very unsafe poor attitude
