Absolute joke of a company, ordered an urgent boiler part nearly 10 days ago. Rang once, was told someone would call back. They didnt. I rang again, someone said they would call back - this time they did, confirmed the part would be arriving in two days and would send me the tracking number. Didnt receive any tracking number, the part didn't arrive. My tenant rang to see what was going on, was given a load of abuse on the phone and was told the order is cancelled and refunded. So after waiting nearly two weeks with no heating or hot water, we're back to square one. I would avoid this company - I get that things go wrong sometimes, orders get lost, but there's no excuse for their disgusting attitude and poor customer service

Paid for a genuine BAXI part but was given a 3rd party part instead.When I queried this, they tried to make out it was an honest mistake.I will let others come to their own conclusion - but bear in mind genuine part cost me 3x price.
