I only started with Callan at the end of June, I feel this is the best mental and physical shape I’ve been in for a long time. Callan is very encouraging and has worked with me weekly to overcome hurdles like gym anxiety. Highly recommend for people new to the gym.

Callan is unlike any coach I've worked with before his passion and knowledge for assisting his clients is second to none. He's so knowledgeable on lots of complex areas like hormones, sleep hygiene, weight loss, cortisol and strength training. He also practises what he preaches and uploads great content to share on his social media. If you want a 5-star coach look no further.

I worked with Callan for just under a year and in this short time I made huge progress - really improved my physique with significant muscle mass increase and improved my overall fitness level. Callan is an excellent coach, the training and diet plans are very detailed and professional, he knows all the science behind why he wants you to do things a particular way - it's an amazing learning experience for a client. Callan will put you on the right path to achieve your goal, whether it's physique or fitness related, you can trust him. When working with Callan I always felt positively challenged and at the same time looked after in terms of my health and wellbeing. I highly recommend him!

Callan is the best on the market! While being super friendly and making you at ease in every aspect of the coaching his knowledge is endless, from nutrition to programming to supplementation. I have worked with him on one to one basis but when unable to drive to the gym I moved to online and he's just as attentive and responsive but mostly gets the results you want and beyond, no matter your level of training or if you have an injury! 5 stars

I love working with Callan, he is amazing. I have a slipped disk and he is able to modify everything to suit me and my needs.Not only is he a great trainer his diet/nutrition plan is great as well. I would highly recommend Lean Bodies to anyone who competes in a weight class sport.Callan has been my S&C and nutrition coach for the last 9 months, helping me prepare for jiu jitsu competitions. In that time he has revolutionised my training, I have a much better athletic base for my sport now and have made massive progress because of this.key benefits:- Completely removed the stress of making weight for competition- Was able to eat more food, improve performance, get stronger and feel better in preparation for competition- Massively improved my strength and endurance on the mat- Much better recovery between sessions- Callan has been excellent at analysing physical weaknesses and programming exercises to address them

Following a period of weight gain, I started dieting independently and after a number of months I had hit a brick wall and didn’t know how to continue.I contacted Callan at the end of 2020 to embark on a fitness journey, which included (the best diet), a gym plan, and advice, and the results have been amazing. This is due to Callan’s knowledge and knowing how to switch things up when required, which is the hardest thing to do.Overall, he has not only improved my physique, but has taken my lifestyle (hectic), and life changes and priorities into account, reflecting them on the diet and food plans. Worth noting, I am a vegetarian and he has respected that all along. Surely recommend!

I’ve been working with Callan online for coming up 2 years and his knowledge and understanding of training needs and styles, nutrition, physiology and at times psychology never fails to impress me. Everything is tailored to suit my personal needs, injuries and overall health. Over time he has built up an understanding of how and why my body responds and performs and reacts accordingly. 10 out of 10 would recommend. You won’t regret.
