I was sent flowers from here from my sister and they were truly stunning! I have never known florist flowers to last so long and they looked so beautiful! I was SO impressed and will always use this florist from now on. The photo attached is the flowers a week after they were delivered!!

I am absolutely disgusted with the service we received for my brothers funeral flowers not only did I have to reassure my 80 year old mother who had to deal with the loss of her young son but had to phone the shop several times 10 minutes before the hearse was leaving for the cemetery only to be told they we’re just arriving at Sue Porters in Upton . Eventually we did get the flowers at the grave side .But the 20 single RED ROSES we had paid for the evening before was no where to be seen. What an upsetting experience for us all.

Ordered and paid for a funeral sheaf of flowers. Wrote a card out in shop when I ordered. Never been so disappointed in my life. Card with arrangement had wrong spelling of name and to go on top of coffin" on. Funeral director had to put flowers back in arrangement as it fell apart. Total waste of money."

We ordered flowers to collect from the shop and when my husband went to pick them them up he was told they had sold out of flowers as they had been really busy. Appreciate it's Valentines weekend but these had been ordered beforehand. Very disappointing.
