The owner was rude and seemed more interested in her nails and hair than her customers. Didn't have basic knowledge of the products either. I bought a pair of work boots. Within 3 weeks, they were in tatters. Steer clear.

I took my daughter here to get some steel toe cap boots and a jacket. She got everything she needed and was over the moon when she got size 6 1/2 boots. The lady who served her was very nice and helpful.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!Absolutely appalling customer service please avoid at all costs. I bought my son some work trousers and was not advised there is a no refund policy as this notice was not clearly on display and nor was I informed of this. I sought advice from trading standards who advised me to enquire if the company is registered with the ombudsman or if they are a member of any alternative resolution scheme, the very rude woman with the worst customer service told me they are not registered with either and nor do they have a complaints procedure.
