Cress Green Cattery

A Great place. Our Cat loved it and almost didn't want to come home. A great and friendly service with beautiful facilities and surrounding area.

We've used cress green several times and it seems a lovely, relaxing place for the moggies.

Very sad. They have all the facilities but my kittens' toys were covered in wee when I picked her up, so I went home stinking after dealing with it myself. I did say she wouldn't use woodchip litter but was assured only younger kittens have that issue so I was disappointed to find puddles. Hoping it was a 1 off. She was hiding under a blanket really scared when I arrived and freezing cold. Cats like hiding but she was so timid compared to usual. Don't think the heat lamps had been on and it was only 9degrees at 10am. On such a cold morning it would have been nice to find them turned on. Little (if any) flexibility if you work full days. If you ask for anything else (like if you can come 10 minutes later while you are on lunch break) you are made to feel like you're really putting them out. I think for straightforward older cats with owners who don't work days, its probably fine. Kitten now warmed up and coming back to life...

Lovely place with caring owners who obviously love animals and your cat will be well looked after here. We have been using Cress Green for years and the new owners are doing a great job.

We have used Cress Green cattery for over 15 years. All our cats were very well looked after and thoroughly spoilt. I trust them to take good care as they quite obviously love them. Situated in a very quiet spot with a lovely garden to look over. Lovely heated enclosures. I highly recommend this cattery.

Have used Cress Green for several years now and would highly recommended. The cats accommodation is comfortable and clean, being located in a lovely peaceful setting. Larger pens are offered should you have two cats like ourselves. One of our cats require insuline to be administered twice daily which was carried out with no extra charge. We most recently boarded our cats here for 4 weeks and they were collected content.

I was moving house and the completion dates kept changing. Steve at Cress Green was so kind and flexible over this so the cats could stay there. It is lovely and peaceful and you can tell he really loves cats. I was glad they were safe and loved when they were away from me.
