In other Costas's I never been charged for ultimate blend milk. This Costa wanted to charge 45 pences. Why?

Just stopped with my granddaughterfor a quick cuppa and a juice. They hadn't any kids juices so she took a fizzy water and she hated it. At £1.65 a bottle its a bit much.

the sad attempt at a 'tropical bubble frappe' has left me feeling so physically sick I felt the need to throw away the drink half full. the cream smelt, looked, and tasted far past its sell by date, the mango syrup both inside the bubbles and on top is a gross tasting mess, and I am SURE it was made with oat milk, which i did not request, and find disgusting. the stars I HAVE given is for the shop itself, usually a wonderful little place that has been horribly let down by this addition to the menu.

Currently sat in Costa coffee food is good but my table has dirty cups plates etc on it when the girl Brough me my tongue she didn't even clear it I worked in the bar/restaurant trade most of my working life and this is unacceptable I realise they are busy but you'd think she's take the dirty things away now that I've nearly finished my table is cleared the staff are the friendliest

Had some nice experiences here, a lot of time spent sitting here studying or drinking cups of coffee, good atmosphere and nice staff too

We had a wonderful break in our shopping during the afternoon and we were served by a cheerful young girl with delightful green hair. She was helpful and knowledgeable. Lovely smile. The young man made good flat white coffee. Tables were clean. Thank you.

We visit there every day. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. It could be a bit more warmer though. I have some health issues and I feel the cold quite a bit.
