Sometime theris pin coding system does not work, when you called the customer service they start to telling you , wrong pin used. using same pin number locked again and again. Could not start . Have to wait and and work again. one hour job required to plan for three hours which is expensive than day rate from other provider . They do not trust customer. They have to test theirs pin system on heavy rain . It was bad experience

It took 34 minutes to get an agent in the U.S. that had no clue about what's happening in Aberdeen. Avoid !

Absolutely perfect, booked online got code number easy to input on vehicle, initial charge is higher than stated but final amount taken is as quoted. Would definitely use again, Jason, not much of a local guide, been there in B&Q Bridge of Dee car park for many years and still there.
