Plenty choice of food and treats for all dog types.There is a small amount of toy's for purchase and leads/harnesses. If you're unsure of any thing just ask as staff are willing to help and are knowledgeable in what they sell

Great family run business. Alex, Shane and Grant are superb hosts and have given me plenty of advice when it comes to Raw feeding. 100% recommend for any new (or old) dog owners.

Visited for my first time today with my dog and there was a great selection and the place itself was a good size so you weren’t on top of everyone else. The only let down was sadly the staff members who didn’t seem interested at all and didn’t offer any interaction or ask me if I needed any help picking things - it might just have been because it was a Sunday but I think we will just keep going to our usual pet shop. The staff are always so welcoming and friendly and interested in how they can help where we usually go.

Love the products. Staff seem helpful and informative for the most part and, bizarrely enough, of what I witnessed of others being served. Also i'm impressed with the overall shop. Its clean and spacious well labled and very fairly priced. So thanks for delivering a great shop.Unfortunately i can't say I've been impressed with the overall friendliness of the staff so far. I waited politely for 10 minutes to the side of a staff members conversation (with other customers) that could of been wrapped up politely in 1 min. (It was busy so makes better sense to be more efficient with customer dealings so you can get through more queries and land more sales... surely?)Unfortunately i was ignored instead... it felt pretty awkward and definately unnecessary, to stand there for that long while the staff member chose to ignore. It was... telling. Acknowledgment is really important, and a basic communication baseline between the seller and customer.Getting gruff responses when finallybeing acknowledged was... perplexing to me.It left me feeling very irritated and my business inconsequential to them...Perhaps because its family run and staff are therefore less sackable, they feel they can afford to be more blasè in their customer approach... certainly felt that way.Sorry guys but if you want a 5 star, you need to work on your customer approach.
