Tesla glass replacement. They T old me the car would be ready between 14:00 and 15:00. I arrived at 16:00 and they said it would be another 30 minutes. No calls/warning and no customer service at all.

Really good service from the team here. I’d recommend dropping the car off and returning later as it’s a bit of an austere place to sit and wait in.

Broke the scuttle panel and didn't reconnect the screen wash. Terrible.

Great customer service and very friendly staff. Had to wait about two hours to fit a new windscreen but there was a spacious waiting room and they provided hot drinks too!
