Riverside Orthodontics

Cancelled my appointment on the day numerous times without informing me until I arrived after travelling 30 minutes from home. Awful understaffing and staff taking “emergency leave” far too often as this has interfered with my orthodontic treatment at least 4 times over the course of 12 months. Today I have been extremely let down as my braces were meant to be taken off and the practice informed me that no orthodontists were present in the surgery on that day. The receptionist then said that she could not book me in for the near future as she doesn’t have access to the orthodontists notes but her schedule is fully booked. I am moving away to Scotland in august and they have said the nearest appointment they have is in 6 weeks. Absolutely atrocious. If I could give this practice 0 stars, I would.

Have been calling this morning continuously for 45 mins trying to get through. My son has a problem with his braces. The phone just rings out. Shocking. I feel really let down. Wish I could put zero stars.

Absolutely disgraceful service, I dont understand how they even operate or why the bother having a telephone number.

Absolute joke of a place. Cancelled my son twice then give me a time for his next appointment but put the wrong time in2 their system so he gets turned away after travelling for an hour to get there even though its their fault. To say I'm fuming is an understatement.

These lot couldnt run a bath.
