I already knew when I made the decision to join the Altogether Care Wareham team I was in safe hands. At the beginning of my career almost 2 years ago I received phenomenal support. Our clients are among the loveliest people you could wish to meet. It’s hard work, sometimes long hours, but because of them it’s so ‘worth it’ and I have never looked back.

The staff and carers at the Wareham branch are friendly and welcoming which makes you feel at ease.The carers work very hard on a day to day basis to bring much needed help, support and care to all those who need it. Their work can be very demanding at times but they will always greet you with a warming smile and even take time out to have a nice chat with everyone which can make some peoples day seem so much better .

I have been employed by Altogether care for 2 months , amazing face to face training with Linda over 2 days.I did shadow shifts I felt confident after a few as I have done home care previously. I was offered more if I wasn't confident enough.The office staff are ALWAYS at the end of the phone for any help weather this be locating an address because Google maps is playing or medication.Communication between colleagues is second to none this is key when caring for someone.I am so pleased that I was given an opportunity to work for Altogther Care in Wareham. If your looking for home care employment , I would without a doubt give Zoe (Manager ) a call to find out more you will be greated with open arms and a smiling face !

Altogether care Wareham is the best company I have worked for, everyone that works for the Wareham branch works as a great team caring for the elderly in the Purbeck area. I would definitely would recommend this company.
