TUI Holiday Store

Just left the tui Cumbernauld store and with the help of the lovely Jill we found our perfect nxt holiday , we have booked previous holidays here with help from the other girls in store today ( sor can’t remember your names ) and I have to say the service from each one of them has always been fantastic! In this store they actually take the time to chat and laugh and find exactly what kind of holiday you really want ! Thanks lovely ladies x

We have been booking our holidays with TUI in Cumbernauld for over 30 years and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Julie Smith is like our personal travel agent. She is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable and nothing is too much bother. This was the first time I have used tui and I was not disappointed. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the minute I walked in the shop. I left the shop having booked a holiday but later decided the accommodation location was not right for me. I contacted the cumbernauld shop (in a panic) to see if it would be possible to change the accomodation. Jacequline and Jane were brilliant, so patient and understanding. Took me through all my options again and sorted out my new accomodation. Got off the phone feeling a lot better and much more excited about my holiday. Would definitely recommend as there after sales care was exceptional.

I have been booking most of my holidays through the Cumbernauld branch since 2009, only person I have ever used and will continue to use is Julie!!All staff are fabulous, however I have built a good relationship with Julie over the years, she knows exactly what my family and I like without me telling her. Friendly, polite , professional, very down to earth , she is amazing at her job.I started going to Julie when my middle child was only 1 ( she’s now 15) we booked holidays villages for 1st 5 years in a row , massive parties around 16 of us with kids lol. Each year we book , kids are older so our needs change, Julie takes all this on board and doesn’t stop until she finds something for me . We always look back and have a chat about our kids and how grown up they now are!!We have became friends , she’s a diamond!!! Xxx

I came in to the shop today to book a holiday for my 30th. I was going to attempt it online, however I find it easier to chat to someone in person. Hilary was fantastic.I had a wonderful experience. Hilary was not just friendly and professional but went out of her way to be extremely helpful and informative. I was put at ease as I am a nervous person.I'm now very excited to go on my first solo cruise. Thank you!

I'm a complete novice when it comes to flights so booking a solo was an experience I was dreading, went into TUI Cumbernauld and the lovely Nicola had me booked within 5 minutes. Explained everything to me about luggage, check in, insurance etc. Walked in a wreck and walked out in a happy bubble. Can't thank Nicola enough for the help.
