Sandpits Heating Centre
As Sandpits fitted our stove and did an excellent job. We have used their chimney sweep service. Last year the sweep was sullen and unfriendly, but after being contacted by a sandpit employee, we reluctantly booked a chimney sweep again this year and explained that my partner worked nights so the sweep would need to call in the afternoon. The day before we were contacted by the same employee who took our booking asking for the sweep to call in the morning as the sweep wanted the afternoon off. We again explained the need for an afternoon visit. On the day we received a text stating the sweep had gone sick. I wonder why ! A phone call would have been more professional. We have now used a local sweep who was professional, helpful, friendly and she was also a lot cheaper.

They have been extremely helpful in sorting out a problem with my wood burner. Resulting in the manufacturer supplied a new wood burner. They could not have been more helpful.

Sandpits Heating Centre
I had a wood burner fitted a couple of days ago. It involved a lot of work and a surprising amount of rubble chopping out the old open fireplace, removing brickwork etc, plastering, lining fitting flue and slate hearth. This took two whole days and at every stage the guys were courteous and professional. At times there were four guys and I can't fault the service I received. The shop has a large choice and can get very busy. There are summer discounts to take advantage of. The prices are competitive and of good value. They have done a fantastic job and I'm very pleased.

Sandpits have fitted a Hwam woodburning stove for us and provided a friendly, professional service, from design ideas to installation. The showroom is well worth a visit on a chilly day!

Sandpits Heating Centre
Called in today to up grade wood burner.Existing one purchased from them .Went into store no other customers there.Three staff behind counter,one long serving member teaching another.So after a few minutes approached the other member of staff.He said can I help said yes please.He then returned to what he was doing(righting an invoice)and said be with you soon.After another three minutes had had enough so walked out.Went to Taunton fire place completely different experience totally proffered.Really sorry because always usedSandpits as they have a good display and are normally professional.Need to educate the staff that customers make paydays possible.

This is the super log burner installed by Lee from Sandpits in our holiday cottage at our B & B at West Knole House . The service received from Sandpits made us wonder why we even considered going somewhere else. Great service, great showroom, professional reliable service and friendly, what more could you wish for.

We have just had a wood burner installed today by Sandpits, absolutely brilliant service from first visiting the showroom to installation, veryprofessional and knowledgeable team from sales through to installers.Everyone we dealt with were polite and helpful, nothing too much trouble.Thank you Sandpits for a good and reliable service.
