We just had two bathrooms and a complete kitchen redone by HKS. These major, complex rooms are always going to be expensive and challenging due to the sheer amount of different elements each room has.The process started with Gary Sparks in the show room (Designer), who listened to what we were hoping to achieve and put together designs and cost options to turn that in to reality.Gary produced as many CADS as we needed to be able to picture our existing bathrooms and kitchen with the new fixtures and fittings. He worked through every single cost element, giving options to flex our budget where needed.Every single item needed to complete each project was itemised, costed and accounted for - at the end of the three projects, we got exactly what we paid for without any alteration to agreed costings - fantastic care to ensure no hidden surprises on actually completing the different rooms.The project was then handed over to Phill Irwin (Project Manager) who managed the many elements involved , deliveries, skips, plumbers, tilers, electricians, skilled kitchen fitter etc, whilst communicating with us all the time so we knew when to expect what and who would be in the house throughout the considerable duration of our refurbishment - he was regularly on site to check if we had any questions or concerns and our property was left in immaculate order with no debris or rubbish left for us to deal with .We can not really put in to words how brilliant HKS are - Totally professional, a pleasure to work with and a fantastic up lift to our home has been achieved - brilliant experience , no stress and any one reading this should have no hesitation about using this outstanding Sussex company

I just want to say a big thank you to Gary and the team at HKS for our fantastic new kitchen, utility and cloakroom. Gary really understood what we were after and quickly arrived at a final design that met our needs. He was full of great ideas and accommodated our various changes of mind throughout the project.Fitting was delayed due to our son having Covid, but the team were incredibly accommodating and managed to reschedule in order to complete the entire installation before Christmas. The fitting was done to an incredibly high standard by Dave who was a pleasure to have in our home.We would definitely recommend HKS.

From the first appointment to the end of the installation the entire team were absolutely fantastic. Great advice at the design stage and the whole process of the removal of the old en-suite and installation of the new one was carried out on time and to a really high professional standard. A few years ago Gary helped us whith our kitchen renovation. We were very pleased with the expert advice and help we got from Gary and Lloyd at HKS. The renovation of our kitchen, dining room, utility and cloakroom is the third project completed for us by HKS, and yet again we have been absolutely delighted with the professionalism, integrity and service provided by the Haywards Heath team and their associated craftsmen.Gary's vision and design for our kitchen incorporated everything we were looking for and more, and his guidance was invaluable when choosing finishes and colours.Phil seamlessly oversaw every aspect of the installation, managing each step of the process and coordinating all the various trades. He kept us fully updated and was always on hand to deal with queries. This eliminated all stress and enabled us to get on with our day to day lives throughout the 6 week installation.Every tradesman was professional, friendly and tidy and it was a pleasure to have them in our home. Dave deserves a special mention for his craftsmanship in building the kitchen to a very high standard.We are delighted with the end result and would highly recommend HKS.

We bought our kitchen from HKS in 1998 and recently a door hinge broke. After all these years HKS have found a replacement hinge. We couldn’t ask for better service and were delighted that their customer care is still excellent.

Complete bathroom replacementOur new bathroom was designed very carefully and professionally by Gary to use all space efficiently. Bret and Stephen installed the bathroom with great care and kept us informed on the timings. The whole job was regularly monitored by Phil and he always kept us informed on all aspects of the job.We are extremely pleased with our new bathroom and we have had a big 'wow' from everyone we have shown it to so far.A massive thank you to the HKS team for a job well done

We had used HKS 6 years ago to install a galley kitchen in our old house. We were very impressed by how much they managed to fit into a relatively small space. We were pleased with the workmanship of the fitter and all the tradesmen they used.When we moved into our new house last year a new kitchen was high on our list of necessary work. Although we did talk to three other suppliers in the end we decided to go with HLs again. This was a much bigger job as we knocked down the wall between the kitchen and dining room. Gary Sparks the designer came and spent most of a morning with me listening to my must haves and wish list. He pottered around with his ruler and measuring tape. He came up with a CAD beyond my expectations.HKS liaised with our builders and flooring specialists prior to and after work commenced. Communication was brilliant, the project manager Phil kept us fully up to date with the work. Dave the fitter was a fantastic craftsman. The end product is exactly as shown on the plans and we are delighted.

We are very happy with our new kitchen! From the design with Gary to the project management with Phil everything was handled professionally and went very smoothly. All of the trades that were involved in the project were courteous, tidy and more than happy to answer all of our questions. We would not hesitate to recommend HKS.

HKS designed, supplied and delivered everything required for replacing the very tired bathrooms in our London flat some years ago and have just sourced a small replacement part for a shower screen. Brilliant service, friendly and professional, with an extensive showroom in the centre of Haywards Heath.
