Living with condor has made university life so much easier with all bill's being included, easy and clear tenancy agreements as well as a maintenance team that's always on hand! Both houses we lived in were of great standard and Nathan has always been as helpful as possible. Thanks guys!

Lived with condor for the past 3 years in Swansea and they have been excellent. Any problems with the house simply report online and the maintenance team get back to you in know time. It’s also great having bills included, means we have a warm house all year round. Highly recommend.

An absolutely AMAZING student landlord. They were so helpful, friendly and they are so down to earth. We had the best experience, as a house of mates, when we lived with them. Kerryn, our Location Manager, was really great. She was always on hand to help whenever we needed, and the same for their maintenance guys.All round brill experience, would highly recommend!

Lived with Condor for the past 2 years and can't recommend it enough to any other students. They're really well priced and located, any maintenance issues get sorted so quickly and they're very responsive. Nathan works hard to maintain a friendly atmosphere with all his tenants and makes sure we're satisfied with our home at all times.

I have lived with my partner in a condor property in Swansea for the last 3 years and I cant really fault them! The houses are lovely and fully furnished, and the prices are including all bills and wifi so you don't have to worry about any unexpected bills each month !

Living with condor made choosing a student house stress free and easy, with all bills included and no deposit required! The modern and stylish house made us feel right at home, with little perks such as the pizza night and welcome packs. Our location manager, Kerryn, was always very helpful and friendly. Amazing student landlords couldn't recommend enough!

Lived with Condor over the last two years of uni, and they've been great. The price is fantastic for what you get (in such good locations!), and bills included also makes everything so much easier. Maintenance problems are always sorted out quickly and Nathan is friendly and very responsive to any issues. Would definitely recommend!

Corey is a class landlord and helps us with anything & Ryan helps with any maintenance issues and has never taken longer than 48 hours to see us, very polite and considerate with visits and property checks and both are a credit to the company due to their professionalism & condor as a company in whole are sound, if we hadn't of been leaving university this year we were offered the first opportunities to rebook which we would have done, plenty of internal events going on even through a pandemic, such as the Christmas giveaways and the gifts throughout the year! overall, unreal service & unreal company.

This is my third year living with Condor and I'm sad to be leaving. All of the houses I've lived in have been great and reasonably priced, with all the bills included. My landlady Kerryn is lovely and always available to contact if you have any problems. Condor are an amazing company that I would highly recommended to any student looking for a house.
