Ann Cordey's provided an absolutely fantastic service. We required a property valuation and were so impressed with the process - from calling up and immediately reaching a real person (no robots!) to the valuation appointment being conducted professionally and extra little features other estate agents didn't provide like a booklet on properties that had sold recently in the area to give us a better idea of the local market. Would definitely recommend

I recently bought a property for which Ann Cordey were the estate agent. Debbie was the one dealing with this property and was really helpful. The sale was very difficult and prolonged but she stuck with it and helped guide me through the process as a first time buyer. I'd thoroughly recommend them from the buyer's perspective, and I know the seller was similarly impressed and thankful.Worth noting that they're not where Google maps think they are.
