After having long hair that came down to my back for about 2 and a half years, I wanted to go back to short hair for a change. I didn't know how that would work, because I'd never went from very long hair to short, but Paul was really laid back and talked me through the process and all the options I had available to me which made me a lot less nervous about taking the leap!Really sound guy too overall, talks away while cutting and the banter is top tier.
