Wardour Place

I stayed in Wardour Place for 2 years. It was a fantastic location, with beautiful views of both Lacelles Park and Windsor Castle. The landlords were always conscientious, good with communication and were quick to fix any problems.Slough station (a ten minute walk from the residence) has a direct line to Paddington station meaning you could be in London in 30 minutes. The Chiltern Hills, Windsor Castle and Burham Beeches all within a 30 minute drive. There is a large Sainsbury’s a five minute walk away.The car park is easily accessible and there is good security with fob doors and cameras installed. The flat itself, whilst compact, was perfect for a young professional. It was very clean and modern, with nothing better going in the price range. I highly recommend anybody looking for accommodation with good access to west London to consider the Wardour Place.(Reviewer’s note - this is an independent review and I am no way affiliated to Landmoore Properties.)

Having lived in these apartments for over a year (and only having to move because of work) I have not had any problems at all whist living here. The apartments are lovely, well maintained and clean. The landlords are very friendly, and always reply to any emails the same day. I only had one (very small problem) with the apartment in the year I have been here, and it was fixed within 2 hours of me sending the email notifying the landlords of the problem.There is a massive car park for the apartment, with at least one allocated space per apartment. I have never had any problems with my car or finding a space for myself or visitors.Wifi is included in the cost of the apartment, and does not have to be organised separately. It is fast and reliable.I would thoroughly recommend these apartments as a place to rent

READ BEFORE THINKING TO MOVE! This place looks nice...BUT the landlord is an absolute pain. After finding out that we got a visa to move to another country the landlord took out £1300 out of our £1800 deposit just because we are moving before our end of contract, and mentioned that we 'have money to spend if we're moving countries'. He made us pay an extra week after we left even though our neighbors moved into our place right after! He charged us admin fee of £350 (!!!) so that he can advertise to fill up the place, even though (as above) he already had agreed with our neighbors that they would be moving in. We paid for professional cleaning but before we left he also took out an extra £150 because there was 'slight dust' on the towel rack. After exactly 1 year of staying our place looked immaculate and the new tenenats said so also! Rupert Maxwell Brown (landlord) refused to answer mine and my husbands phone calls or messages and refused to discuss absolutely anything with us once he found out that we are moving out. Before this news he put my husband (carpenter) to fix microwaves, fridges and doors in other peoples flats and also asked me numerous times to check if doors were left open, if the rubbish was taken. All in our own time. After my husbands car was smashed in HIS PRIVATE CAR PARK (!), Rupert said 'it's not my problem' and refused to put any type of security camera up. If you want to save yourself a headache, find yourself another place because there are many other apartments! We went directly through Martin & co to (which will confirm that they had problems with him, which is why they let him go), and they were a big help to us. They helped us to move on! STAY FAR!!EDIT; as you can see the landlord has an answer to everything (see below response from owner) and believes he is in the right. Believe what you want, give Martin and Co a call and see what they say...the trouble they had and then Rupert (landlord) lying about it believing he is always right. Coincidently he put a good review in the same time he commented so that he can have some good reviews to trick you :)
