Blue Cross shop Stafford | Blue Cross | Our charity shop sells a mixture of donated clothes, books, toys, household goods and soft furnishings. We also carry an assorted supply of new goods and greetings cards. All the money raised from sales in our shops goes towards helping sick, injured and homeless pets.

This is my favourite animal charity. They do a wonderful job taking in unwanted pets. The shop has a good variety of goods including their own brands of items just right for Christmas time eg. Cards and calendars .they also have a donation card system so goods taken in can be recorded. I've had many thank you letters for my donations. A nice touch.

I bought a pair of lovely boots from blue cross, walked around at home, on carpet, but they were too tight after an hour.I returned to shop to ask for a refund, because they were £20. I was told they did not accept returns on shoes. The member of staff did not make me aware of this.I’m really disappointed in the customer care in this shop.
