Hardy Monument National Trust Car Park

The monument can be seen for miles around, and ironically, when you get there, the veiws are equally inspiring. You can't climb or go inside the monolithic tower, but plenty of walking can be made from the free car park. Be warned about the car park, the entrance has been deliberately modified to accommodate cars and very small vans. The anti campervan post will surely cost you a new paint job if you're not careful navigating through. One might be mistaken for driving on the moon while parking up. The only giveaway is the amount of water in the creator sized pot holes!! Bye bye shock absorbers!!!

Fantastic view in all directions. Can see out to sea and burial mounds on hillsides.

Phenomenal views. Free parking. Great trails in all directions.

Beautiful views from up here and many walks to explore. You might even find the refreshment van just further along the road.

Plenty of parking space and close qalk to town center. Pay by cash or card works in one machine only
