If you want to say it with flowers this is the place to come with a budget for eveyone. Birthdays, mothers day and Valentine's day or that final farewell to a loved one dearly departed there is something for everyone. Also do balloons for those special occasions

Absolutely shocking attitude towards customers and no customer service what so ever, would not recommend buying flowers here, I had asked if the flowers would be delivered a wee but later because the person was working and wouldn’t be in until after 15:00 and they had said yes once I finish will be about 15:15, now as a company you must adhere to the promises you make, you do what it takes to satisfy the customer but on this occasion they did not. The person I spoke to was Tracey.She even went to say “if I knew you were going to be like this is wouldn’t of done it.” Disgusting, £50 flowers and that’s the customer service you receive, never again.

Absolutely terrible. Delivered flowers to wrong address. Have a ring doorbell which picks up motion and seen everyone else that day. Phoned florist to ask why they were sent to wrong address of which I don't know. Got told driver tried to deliver and would have left with a neighbour. No delivery driver on doorbell and no note through door advising where they were left. Told florist that no one had attempted to deliver them and all I got was denials and shouted over me on the phone and called a liar. Spent over £700 on funeral flowers here but will never use again. Absolute joke . Customer service skills 0. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Owner has abrupt discourteous attitude with poor customer concern/service. Unpleasant experience around funeral flowers alternative florist in the area offer much more patient compassionate service

I received flowers for my birthday, it was the hatbox arrangement. I am florist myself and currently work in an Interflora shop so know how restricted you are with stem count but if I had put out what I received I would get sacked, the oasis didnt even fit the box fully so would move around and as a result there was broken heads but to be honest the quantity and quality of the flowers were pathetic anyway. The spray rose was dead, one of the 2 roses in it was gubbed and the other along with the carnation weren't even in the oasis just popped on top of the arrangement. Even down to how it was arranged was awful in my opinion, I was so disappointed as I knew how much my boyfriend had spent to surprise me (hard enough getting a florist flowers!)
