The worst experience!!I took my 3 year old daughter here for ear piercing.Initially, the gun got stuck, the man was tugging to get it out to the point blood was on his finger. The man then blamed my 3 year old saying she had flinched when the whole time I was recording it and she didn't move an inch!Traumatised, I had to console my daughter as we needed to get the other ear done.Once again, the gun got stuck and with vicious pulling, the man got it out.This resulted in my daughter having uneven piercings and I have to wait 6 weeks for the holes to heal before we can have them done again.I was told on the phone they had a lot of experience dealing with children however this was a blatant lie in my experience. My poor daughter was terrified, traumatised and left with a poor piercings.The kicker was, not once did myself or my 3 year old get an apology. In fact he continued to blame her for moving when the evidence I hold completely proves this wrong.

Had my 11 month old daughters ears pierced here. Great experience.. The man was so patient and waited for her to calm down before doing the other ear. Wicked price, would recommend! Lovely and friendly staff.Thankyou xx

Always fantastic. Has been putting a Welsh Dragon on my head for the rugby since 2007. Highly recommended.
