Booked a personal shopping experience, myself, partner and nan went. We had the absolute pleasure of being shown around by Deb. She was so helpful and such a lovely woman! A credit to the store! There wasn’t anything she couldn’t help us with and nothing was too much hassle, any questions we had we’re quickly answered and demonstrations were shown. Popped in today to look at the bugaboo prams - I was torn between the donkey 3 and the fox 2. The service was second to none and the store manager was so helpful (didn't catch your name, so sorry!) Another girl also checked we were okay whilst in there as we were in a long time, she was very polite. Staff are informative and happy and it was exactly what we needed during this uncertain time. I cannot fault the whole experience from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out of the door. I feel so strongly about what a great store that this is that I just had to give a 5 star review, thank you so much! We didn't purchase anything today as we were still undecided when we left but intend to return to purchase, wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

The staff are extremely helpful. Good quality stock this shop holds however you will notice it's on the slightly more expensive side compared to some of it's other competitors. The clothes they stock are great and feel like good quality. Went to a baby event and they had some really good talks and great goodie bags. Bought a maternity pillow for the wife and it's amazing quality.

Absolutely fab experience from staff, as I've come to expect in a Mamas and Papas.We were looking st pushchairs and car seats, and we were able to try the csr seats at our leasure on the sample seat to try the fastenings.One of the staff then helped us try our the pushchairs, let us fold them up and drive them round the store to get a feel, and also try the size out in our boot. It was such a great experience.Thank you so much.

Some lovely items for the baby and nursery...but looking forward to events for special offers. Some items seem pricey but quality is high

We went to this store and were looked after by Darcie. Darcie was really pleasant, informative, polite, friendly and helpful. She demonstrated a very good level of knowledge and her approach was customer-focused. She was able to give us dedicated support and demonstrations to run through a number of products and show us how to use them. She also tailored her advice on various scenarios that we presented her with and found us suitable products and bundles for our circumstances.There was also no pressure from her on us to make a purchase and we were given a quote with all the relevant information.We left the store feeling well looked after and having had a positive customer experience we would return to the store again in future. Absolutely love the service here. From the warm welcome as new parents to getting advise on all products. There is a baby changing room as well as a room to feed your baby in your own privacy. My husband has always purchased the right products in my absence due to the excellent customer care. We're members and have received various invites. I so cannot compare the customer service here to any other baby store. Oh, and a big thank you to the ladies at the store who have always made us feel welcome.
