Best reception ever, Kalik and Aisha are so lovely and caring... they have actually been the only ones who have helped me in that practice. They are so overworked, but they will still be moving mountains for you. So one star for them. Another one for the practice, quite sleek and pretty. Doctors here are good but overworked, so another star for them.It’s such a shame that management couldn’t care less about their people, their patients and anything regarding their practice so zero stars for them and a big boooh!

Absolutely appalling response from receptionist at Greenlaw medical center and by Sandra who apparently in charge both medical responses. I have never in my life been spoken too by someone who is charge of a medical practice the way i have today.I was told to go to another practice if I felt the way I did in such a rude manner and that i was condescending when Sandra interrupted me several times whilst i was trying respond to her question. I have spent time on various calls to the GP's service with no response - they never pick up or are on personal calls and when they do, they do not help. Without going into all detail here - i would save yourself the bother and move to a GP who actually have your health and needs at the heart of what they do....

I can confirm this place needs shut down.They just hang up on you!

Staff are very very rude they are not really not phone them at 9 o’clock I phone them again I m wait for Dr call the answer is ur phone was not working if not so try again what is the reception for if Dr is busy call patient again we are waiting they are drinking coffee’s. Well do for the service.

The doctors and staff at this surgery are fantastic really helpful calls are busy but the receptionist handle busy calls politely and diligently, lovely big surgery very clean and pleasant atmosphere especially when you come along with a very worrying ailment and the doctors put your mind at ease nothing too much of a problem for the girls on reception.

Please dont go to that surgery staff is really rude they don't know how to talk to the person. Doctors are good if u find them in the surgery but until u reached the doctor you have to face the reception staff then the nurse . So disappointed

This is one of the WORST GP. The receptionist is so rude and cheeky and has no manners how to speakWill definitely be changing GP

Doesn’t matter which doctor or nurse you see they are all helpful and caring. Reception staff are friendly and accommodating.The surgery is usually clean and warm.As with all surgeries can be difficult to get through via phone.

I am not one of those that gives negative complaints to anybody but this time I think it's going a bit too far the worst medical centre , I have came across I have been recommended by other family friends to change this practice and go to the one down the road , from them but I kept this doctors practice for reasons as I know the doctor's personally and also know a nurse on a family terms therefore I have tried but when you're not well and you want be seen , I’m not a patient that annoys the gp constantly . I keep ignoring and giving them chances after chance but don't seem to get anywhere . The think I don'tunderstand is if they cannot accommodate why open up a practise even every time you call the practise they always have an excuse that the doctors are busy we close at one o'clock only reason anybody calls a doctor's practise is if they are unwell or need medical help , what's the point of using a practise like this well neither you get help or seen too . I have been suffering over a week , I have been seen by the paramedics they adviced me if I’m not well I have to contact the gp , but unfortunately iv been calling 5 to 9 for the past 2 days and still have not got an appointment , very disappointed would never recommend this practise to anyone.
