We didn't use this company. We have a faulty inverter that we need replaced, simple job. So arranged a time and date for a quote, on the day they then rearranged saying the quote would take over an hour and therefore needed a longer appointment (?!).Rearranged for following day, and they didn't turn up with no warning.Phoned the following day to be told they can come and quote that day, but both myself and my partner need to take time off work to be present for the more than an hour long quote as its company policy. Decided this company are too difficult to deal with and will try elsewhere.Strangely enough they seem to be trading under a different name as well.
