I’ve had mixed experiences with this place. When it’s quiet it’s fine. When it’s busy it’s awful.The layout is probably one of the worst I’ve experienced and doesn’t help the flow of people through. Doesn’t feel like there is enough space for people to park while unloading when there is even a moderate amount of people.

No queues! Went on a Thursday and got straight in. Staff helpful and making sure they keep distance. Went back again 20mins later with another car load and only waiting 2mins to get in. All usual tip containers open.

Went at a quiet time as the site is tiny. Even though I wasn't the last car to leave or actually there anywhere near the closing time the staff were very keen to tell me it was closing soon.

Visited this site today with a ton of garden waste and 2 very tall smiley lads helped me dispose of said garden waste.Didn't catch their names but they're a credit to the company.Keep up the good work lads, best tip on the wirral by a mile.

They have a sign saying that if you need assistance that they are willing to help you. I asked one of the operatives if he could help me with getting a bag of garden rubbish out of my boot. He replied Sorry I can't help you". I'll go to West Kirby or Bidston in the future. They are more helpful."

The step kids and me came in a van and we had a big tree stump with us, the staff were fantastic in helping us to get it out and then use their machinery to move it into a skip, saved us a lot of time and energy, they were really friendly and cheery and was a much better tip than bidston so if you guys are having a competition ....Clatterbridge 1 bidston 0

It's the first time I have been to this place. It was very organized, and convenient for us. The staff were very helpful. I can understand there was a long queue because of Christmas.
