This company should be shut down on my 2nd day here I asked for my manager to help me with a delivery that failed my manager looked at me rolled a fag and left the office 3weeks later I was sacked due to being unprofessional while the planner that cannot prioritise timed delivery’s when the customer asked for eta they make up a time window tracker system is totally rubbish and don’t even work alway failed collections and delivery’s and collection planner should be sacked as cannot pick anything up the only good thing about this company is the customer service department and general haulage department

Appalling company who need to give their drivers some lessons on how to treat women. The driver who spoke to my wife was misogynistic, calling her love" several times. If you are female

Came here to load today, never been before. What lovely lovely people, bless them they couldn't do enough for me. Let me drop my trailer in overnight and had use of their showers on the muggiest day since time began. Forklift driver was spot on asking how I want it loading. Great experience all round. Its a shame all haulage firms don't look after visiting drivers/subbys like here. Well done all

Avoid... delivered a heater, driver refused to take it off the pallet to help me. I couldn’t even lift it!Drove off leaving the pallet as well. I know H&S is a joke these days but this was just ridiculous.

Lied constantly!!! Had a customer waiting till 6:30 pm for a delivery that was still at the depot, was promised PRE10AM the following day, guess what, never arrived!! still Awaiting delivery 2 Days Later! Waste of time!

If only I could put a zero review then I would, I use numerous hauliers on a daily basis and these are by far the worst. They'd only get a 5 star for the endless amount of poor excuses I received.

Used this company for 10 years on and off. And they are the most unreliable haulage company in the Hampshire area. They would choose not to turn up if they were busy without notifying you. On one occasion the driver actually laughed the next day after he was supposed to turn up the previous day. Their insurance takes months to get back to you if you are lucky enough to get a response. The customer service phone number is never answered. Would tread very carefully with using this company as they also stack pallets on top of other pallets to maximise space in their lorry, which of course causes damages that they then deny ever happened. Look elsewhere would be my advice

Have been using them for well over 5 years and always good to deal with - occasional hiccups but they do work to resolve and a lot better than experiences elsewhere!

As with other reviews would give zero if I could. Driver was full of attitude before he had got out of cab. Looking for an excuse to have a fight (verbal). In the end he refused to deliver the goods. We waited in for the delivery and have had to re-arrange. The driver obviously is not equipped mentally to drive a large lorry and should be banned from the road as his attitude makes him dangerous.

What an amazing experience! So helpful and professional. I've been ringing round haulage companies all morning, and this man was incredibly helpful and gave me so much information. Can't recommend them highly enough.
