Terrible terrible service! We took the end of tenancy cleaning. One person arrived and 'cleaned' our house. I mean cleaned is a big word! He didn't clean our washing machine, dishwasher and sink, he left cobwebs everywhere. On top of that he used a sharp brush to clean our toilet- damaging inside! Tried to contact them numerous times and have been told that I should check if the house was clean before the cleaner left! Check his work for which I paid and was listed that is going to be done! Absolute joke!I tried to call over 20 times to their manager but she totally ignored me! No apologies! No responsibilities !Please avoid using them and save yourself 300£! Shocking service!

I used Absolute Cleaning Solutions two times and on both the occasions they did a wonderful job and made sure the end of tenancy checks were passed. Recent one is with Kelvin and he made sure house is cleaned in all aspects and did a wonderful job. Communication side Sharon was wonderful and made sure all details were shared and collected in a timely manner to make sure everything was smooth.
