Woodlands have today completed the sale of my mother's flat in a local assisted living development - a particularly difficult market within which to sell, at a time when the whole of the property market is very slow. Steve and Mike were excellent. Great valuation, nice brochure, and very quick indeed to market our property to enable us to secure the house we were hoping to buy. Steve Frank at Woodlands looked after me through the entire process of purchasing my new home. He kept me informed so I was always aware of exactly what was happening with all parties, and at a moments notice he allowed me to view the property when I needed another viewing. When he gave me the keys on the day of completion he also gave us a hamper to welcome us. I am very grateful to Steve and Woodlands for making a stressful time much more manageable.
