nitial installation done okish but after that customer service was awful. Refused to keep promises regarding discount for first service, then ignored message and booked the service on the day that didn’t work for me so I had to reschedule all my plans, finally was running late on the day and when challenged decided to cancel.

We found Ben at Aquallis to be friendly and helpful. We needed a new radiator installed, as well as some changes to existing radiators. This turned out to be more difficult than either of us expected, but Ben worked late into the evening to get the job finished. He also was happy to advise us about a potential boiler upgrade in the future, which was very useful for us. A responsive approach together with high-quality workmanship - would definitely call Aquallis for any future work.
