My experience dealing with SG Petch is that of total satisfaction .Vehicle collected from my home mot /service and repairs carried out and the car returned the same day and clean ! .and a special mention for that lovely girl on reception Kerri who couldn't have been more helpful .

SG Petch Skippers Lane is convenient.Pleasant and helpful reception and sales staff.Good range of models to view.I dealt with Andrew Bruce and throughout the buying process he was helpful and professional. Delivery was on time, vehicle handover was informative and easy to understand.

SG Petch, Skippers Lane are friendly, efficient and listen to their customers. I personally would not go anywhere else and couldn't recommend them enough.Tony as always is an absolute asset and a true gentleman, makes me laugh every time I see him. He listens to my requirements and also comes up with the best options for me.

I've bought cars and had services at Petch since 2015. Throughout that time the staff have been extremely helpful, courteous and professional. The standard of work is great, and the on-line reports are extremely detailed. I would certainly recommend them.

Last week I've collected my new Motability car and I'm very happy with it. Car seams to be good and it looks very nice as well. Staff at Hyundai is really nice and helpful. I was looked after Steve he told us everything we needed to know showed us how to use the car. We're very happy overall. I would recommend the service to anyone who is looking for a new car.

Bought our first brand new car from SG Petch Middlesbrough in 2021. My wife and I found the experience very professional and enjoyable. Tony Hills the sales executive was friendly and explained the process to us. We visited the dealership last week to report a problem with the front passenger door and were again dealt with very professionally. Whilst there we decided to have a look at the new models for 2023 and met Tony who remembered us. After discussing the new models we were invited to take a test drive of the new Kona Hybrid and loved it so much we ordered a new one. Once again Tony was excellent and most helpful. We can’t wait to get our new car. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone thinking of purchasing a new or used car
