Overall experience twenty out of ten Fabulous service.! Just had my loft hatch door replaced and made larger. From survey by Phil ( very well explained ) to fitting by Jim, excellent all round. Arrived on time , very professional service. Jim even sorted out my badly fitted ( by me ) loft ladder The job was done very timely and great hoovering job too Jim Thank you Other than a great looking new loft latch you wouldn’t have known anyone had been Cannot recommend this company their service and employees enough

Fantastic service provided! Quick and responsive replies to emails, quotes the actual work (loft hatch replaced and ladder fitted) being completed. A big thank you to Pete for completing the work in great time on the day, while still offering the friendliest yet professional of service. Couldn't have asked for a better job! Excellent, informative service from start to finish. The surveyor Phil fully explained the options available and I so impressed I made my order the following week. I was kept up to date by emails and texts and the fitting by Phil was very professional. He was friendly and fully covered all points on how to use the loft ladder. He was prompt and worked in a clean and tidy manner. I would highly recommend this company and have done so already.

Jim, Jack and Jayden did a great job of insulating and boarding our loft. They worked very hard and did the job in just over half a day, then took away all our old boards and mess! All communication was clear, they were upfront about any problems they saw and dealt with them straight away. Our loft ladder has never fitted properly but they managed to straighten it out and get it to slot in correctly.

Had a very good experience having engaged Access4Lofts to board our loft and fit an easy-access ladder. The initial survey was quick and produced a well-costed estimate. A query we had about that was quickly sorted and we were given a convenient date much sooner than anticipated. Today, our team (Pete, Matt and Jim) were highly professional and carried out the work to a very high standard, as well as doing a careful clean-up job afterwards. Altogether a great job at a fair price and I thoroughly recommend them.

We had a new loft ladder with hatch and boarding as well as our insulation topped up, we had quotes from 4 other company’s and Access 4 lofts were the best and loved the plan they had to offer too.I’d highly recommend them as a company but also the 2 fitters Jim and Matt were very professional, clean and tidy and done a great job. All work was explained and demonstrated to us after too. Really could not fault them. Phill came to measure up and give us our quote too and was lovely. 10 out of 10 from start to finish!

Just had the installation/enlargement of a new loft hatch with new drop down ladder. The whole process was extremely professionally carried out. Our initial enquiry was via Web search & email & the response was almost immediate. Survey was carried out by Phil who was very thorough & provided an estimate immediately with a promise that there would be no extras. Work was carried out within a couple of weeks by Jayden, who was one of the best, most efficient workman I've ever used to carry out home improvements. All work was completed to a high standard & as promised no extra expense. Would highly recommend this company.

Had our loft boarded today, Jim & Jack were both really friendly and did a brilliant job. Arrived around 8.30am, and had the work done by 2pm. They provided a brilliant demonstration on how to use the ladder, how the fittings worked and were so helpful. Thank you so much!

Just had my loft boarded… shelving and a ladder installed. Jim was great! He arrived on time. Did the job to a high standard! Made no mess! He explained how the ladder worked and made sure I was 100% happy before finishing. Highly recommended! Thank you Jim!
