I had a blissful Evolve Organic Facial, my skin looks and feels great, and the massage was wonderful too! I floated out of the room and slept so well that night too. Thank you Kaya, I'll certainly be back!

Had the most beautiful facial at Esstential Therapies for a birthday treat. Gorgeous natural products, amazing massage, lovely room and friendly, knowledgeable staff. I floated out of there! Will definitely be going back!

I've had shoulder and neck issues for a while and Kaya's massages are really helping to untangle things. Her experience and knowledge in massage is very obvious and she is also very intuitive in getting to root of the problem. A lovely experience too and relaxing!!!

I had a facial, neck and shoulder massage from Kaya. It was my first ever treatment cause I’ve never had one before. I thought it was very relaxing and really good. The atmosphere was very calming with the music and stuff. Afterwards my face felt so good and my shoulders and neck felt less tense and no more knots or anything. I 100% recommend. Kaya is very talented, knowledgeable and passionate in what she does. Also her studio where she does the treatments is very cool!! Also being a teenager I can feel quiet insecure with my skin sometimes and after my facial with Kaya I felt so much more confident, she was very gentle and it felt really nice and the next day my skin felt so hydrated and looks good.PW.

I had booked a treatment with Kaya solely based upon the strength of the reviews that I read. However, my own experience couldn’t have been more different. Consequently, I felt it necessary to add a review of my own particular experience, so that others might have more balanced expectations.I had booked Kaya’s ‘tension tamer’ treatment and at the time of booking had emphasised that I required a deep tissue massage for my back neck and shoulders, and reiterated this prior to my session. At the beginning of the treatment, Kaya asked me to undress, while she was still in the room, which struck me as strange and highly unprofessional, and I had to ask her if she would mind leaving. The treatment itself, which lasted less than an hour, despite the session supposedly being for 75 minutes, involved Kaya simply applying oil to my body, without adding hardly any pressure at all, which when she did, which was only twice, simply involved her using her forearms. There were two occasions when she moved over my spine, which made me very nervous. When it came to the head massage, she simply ran her oily fingers through my hair, not once applying any pressure to my scalp, which again seemed unusual. When I returned home, feeling so very dissatisfied and disappointed with the treatment that I received, I emailed Kaya, explaining my disappointment, her response was to suggest that I was, ‘so numb and dissociated from my body, resulting in me not feeling that the pressure that she had exerted was enough.’ However, Kaya didn’t once, during the entire treatment, apply any pressure through her fingers or thumb, making me question whether she was actually physically capable of being able to do this.I’m 53 years old, I’ve traveled the world and always sought out a massage, wherever I go. Some have been fantastic, others not so much. The treatment that I received from Kaya has been the worst by far. Not only a waste of £75, but a complete and utter waste of my time and effort travelling there and attending. Her response to my complaint was quite frankly shocking. Consequently I have given one star.

I highly recommend Kaya’s treatments, after my restorative massage it felt wonderful to have all the tension and stiffness in my neck and shoulders melted away.Being here on holiday the advice Kaya gave in regaining good posture with home care and exercise will be invaluable.

I have been going to Kaya at Essential Therapies for several years. Having had really painful sciatica - not cured by physios, chiropractors etc - Kaya resolved it and it has not come back. Regular visits have helped my back issues and kept me active....plus the sessions are just so relaxing and her knowledge and professional approach is second to none.

During the first trimester of my second pregnancy I experienced terrible sickness and constant nausea. I contacted Sandra Joyce Homeopathy on the off chance that she might know of a remedy that might help. I was in luck, Sandra was brilliant and so supportive. Not only was she able to prescribe me remedies that completely eliminated my symptoms she sent them so quickly that they were at my house the next day and she was the first person who ever told me that you don't have to live with nausea and sickness in pregnancy and just wait for it to pass. I had no idea there was anything that could really help beyond the normal recommendations of ginger tea etc.Once I got the sickness under control I was ready to stop breastfeeding my toddler, we had got the feeds down to just bedtime and morning and Sandra gave me a remedy to dry up my milk and another to help my daughter with the transition. I told her that my milk was all gone now and she can just have milk in a bottle instead then gave her the remedies and just like that we had stopped breastfeeding.I then went on to have an incredible pregnancy with no other symptoms and in my second trimester even felt better than I did pre pregnancy. If you are having any kind of symptoms that mainstream medicine can't help with or you want a more holistic and personal approach to a health issue I really recommend contacting Sandra and giving homeopathy a go, it might surprise you like it did me.

The Essential Therapies Studio is THE place to go not only to relax and unwind but to also help ease those aching muscles. Kaya is absolutely fantastic at what she does and I could not recommend the 120 minute Essential Ritual enough. I leave feeling like I'm walking on clouds with not a care in the world. The skin care range that is used is also available to buy and I have started expanding my skincare routine and my skin is thanking me for it!!!Would I go anywhere else.......Nope
