Leeds Building Society - Head Office

I recently opened an ISA with them so far pretty good experience but it's hard to get a response from them over call or email.

Good Efficient service from this provider. I tried them for the first time after they appeared on the best buy tables for ISAs. I am always a bit concerned when dealing with small providers but so far it has been a good experience and worked just as expected. FSCS covered. Call waiting times bit longer than they need to be and BS should invest in capability to handle large volumes of calls as they grow. Other than that all good. recommended.
