I have had the privilege of staying at this student accommodation from last September, and I cannot speak highly enough about the fantastic experience I've had.The staff members are incredibly friendly, approachable, and always ready to assist. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel at home and ensured that any concerns or issues I had were promptly addressed.I wholeheartedly recommend this student accommodation to anyone seeking a place :)

very unaccommodating staff, place is very dirty with cobwebs everywhere. Only two washing machines for the entire building, very very thin walls, fire alarms go off at the slightest thing soo have fun standing around in your pjs at 2 in the morning. Lift is constantly breaking down and after i was stuck in the elevator for three hours at 2 in the morning i received not even an apology.I have had multiple issues in the year regarding hot water, lighting in the bathrooms, heating and so on, the response times are appalling and can take up to 4 weeks for anything to be done. They also throw your belongings away without warning at the end of tenancy. :)Would not recommend to rat much less a person.0/5

As someone who is staying in a bronze room, the price is good, the rooms are well sized and the kitchens are much better than other accoms i’ve seen (and lived in).the office staff are absolutely fabulous and easy to approach, always planning things for the residents and creating more community spirit within our accommodation

It was a beautiful experience, lovely neighbourhood with a workforce that is super dedicated to the safety and living experience of the students. Caroline is an exceptionally kind woman, our in-house resident 'mother' always ready to listen and advice on solutions. Spending these months living here has been worth it, especially for an international student.

I give 5 stars because1. They are prompt in action2. They have good facilities3. The staffs are very helpful and friendly4. They have periodic checking system5. Accommodation fees is not very high6. The management is very systematic7. Very close to my university

Absolutely terrible place to live. Unsafe and the staff don't care enough to do anything about it. The lift broke down and left me trapped in it for over 4 hours at 2am and the instructions and the life were so out dated that we could barely even call for help or any assistance, even still we received barely any apology for this from the accomdation staff or caroline. I attended a viewing where multiple windows were broken and i was lied to and told that this was a recent incident and they would be fixed soon, however when speaking to actual tenants i was instead informed that the windows had been left broken and boarded up with cardboard for over a month after many complaints and requests to fix it. I've seen a lot of good reviews on google reviews about this place and honestly i'm shocked that people are seeing anything good about this place. I have heard accounts from manyACTUAL tenants of the place and all reviews have been negative.Also to follow up on my review, I know if you leave a good review that you are entered into a £100 cash prize draw which i’ve also never heard of anybody winning but maybe it does exist who knows, that’s probably the reason for so many good reviews bc i’m genuinely SHOCKEDUpdate: You should work on your lifts to stop them from breaking down and leaving tenants and visitors trapped in them for hours

Horrible company.Threatening legal action and contacting guarantors over £20 which was previously advised was not owing is unacceptable behaviour.PS In response to your reply below, there is no confusion, and no, the rude, passive aggressive woman who called me did not help at all.I need written clarification that the proceedings are actually correct for the correct date as I believe you have jumped stages based on an earlier date.

Nottingham Square Student Accommodation exceeds expectations with excellent facilities, friendly and helpful staff, and a systematic approach. The proximity to my university is incredibly convenient. I've called Nottingham Square home for three wonderful years, and my experience here has been fantastic. The property is well-maintained, and I couldn't have asked for a more helpful property assistant than Caroline. She's been attentive, responsive, and made me feel like there was support there. The price of the property is a good price for students as bills are included. The place feels safe as well with the gates being closed at night.
