Boss Kebab (Van)

Not sure what’s happened here, but used to order the special burger. Would fill me up to the point I couldn’t eat no more. Came the other day and felt like I could of had 2. I made the trip across Oxford especially to get this and was disappointed. Won’t be doing that again for sure. But food did come fast and atmosphere was good. Would be nice if there was somewhere to put the rubbish as all bins are full and overflowing

We buy (pita free") kebabs there on regular basis. Definitely best lamb doner in Oxford. Lamb meat is tender

Doner and salad was bland, not much sauce, garlic mayo just tastes like mayo. Guy serving was a bit abrupt.2 stars because the place does look clean and the meat wasn’t overly greasy.

This van never disappoints me, great fresh fast food, very clean hygiene practice, amazing value for money and always friendly service, i can highly recommend this place. Boss Kebab is truly Boss like.

Best kebabs I have ever eaten. Great choice of sauces and salad toppings as well as different meats for whatever you might fancy. Great pricing considering the amount of food that you receive. Can normally be found outside of the Tesco Express.

Edited: 17th July 2020Only tried it once, had the mixed kebab and thoroughly enjoyed it.Been using Bodrum on the Cowley Rd for the last 25 years as it's consistently good but we'll definitely be back again soon to Boss for another try, could be our new go to for our kebab fix.Update: 17th July 2020.It seems good things don't last.Last night my daughter ordered 1 small Doner kebab for herself a chicken burger for her friend and 2 large Doner kebabs for me and my wife.The amount of Doner meat in the 2 large kebabs was far less than on our previous 3 visits, and was roughly the same size as my daughters small kebab when compared.My daughter said that she definitely asked the lady serving for 2 large kebabs, 1 with extra onions (I got the extra onions) and that was reflected in the price she paid.If we ever do go back here I will definitely mention this to the lady/owner as we feel slightly cheated by this situation.

Quality is poorer than high street kebabs, yet is sold at Summertown price.
