Absolutely rubbish service ,I diagnosed and given a perscription to collect from my online chemist on the 15th September, which was not sent over.On the 26th september I finely emailed customer service, explaining what has happened and that I need the perscription. They replied that they would look into it and a case officer would get back to me.I have just received today 4th October an email saying that they are still looking into it? I have in the mean time given up on these lot and have gone back to my G.P. explaining what has happened. My G.P. has done a perscription for me which I have now collected .NOTE!!My reply to your responce to me!!!! There was no more information required to get my perscription? So stop making silly excuses for your failures .Yes this app cuts down on the waiting time for hospital appointments but it doesn't work if you can't manage to send out the perscriptions for weeks after my initial diagnosis .

Previous history of skin cancer. I have 2 choices, wait 20 weeks for an appointment or submit photos via this App, have them declined and more demanded, send more photos and wait and wait and wait... For what? No face to face consultation. No one to discuss concerns with, no one to advise to discuss options with. Maybe I'll get treatment, maybe I won't. Hardly reassuring.Where is the CARE? Heath care on the cheap. Watch for the rise in misdiagnosis and incidents of terminal skin cancer patients.

I used this company recently for a skin issue which had being bothering me for some time. Within a few days of uploading my photos I had a diagnosis and treatment plan in place. Started the treatment and already seeing a difference!Great service

Choice 20 week wait or send fotos. Sent fotos for pigmentation. States waiting reviwing. Two messages sent enquiring why its taking so long. Then message saying I still not registered. Tried doing it again. It wouldn't let me because it says am already registered. Email them yet again but still no reply. This is a con.

Referred to this service by my gp.Sent photos plus a history of my skin complaint. Diagnosed with dermatitis!!! Even my gp agreed it wasn't dermatitis. Although I had a long wait to see an NHS dermatologist, I showed him the same photos, and Diagnosed very quickly with Lichen Planus. I would definitely not recommend this service, plus the report to the gp from my skin doctor was patronising!!

After submitting my photos, I received a diagnosis and treatment plan within 3 days. Already seeing an improvement. Great service!
