Many of the designer names are not ones I have heard of. They do have bargains, though, with a good selection of coffee, in the middle of the furniture and kitchen utensils!

Absolutely love this TKMAXX. My favourite section is the home good upstairs- always something interesting to find! A clean store with pleasant helpful staff. This store features a moderate size lift, and large aisles with disabled parking directly outside.

Awful customer service, from staff to manager. Price fell off an item. When asked the price we got accused of saying it's less. As if I need to swindle a couple of pounds. I then said I no longer want the item, yet kept insisting to look and was brining different products. I kept saying I don't want it. Then the manager was called, and a big deal was made for an item I no longer wanted. I also explained that you can't just make up a price off the top of your head, it needs to be clearly labelled. Not my problem you can't price check items. Especially picking other products from different brands and passing it off as the same thing. The worst part was the accusation of wanting to swindle literally a pound. Also the same member of staff was very rude when I left a stone island jacket in the men's department. She just said nothing had been handes in, I had to insist multiple times to just ask someone if it had been handed in and it was there.Staff needs customer service training from the top down. Worst I've ever experienced. Won't be going again.

TK Max is as “interesting” or chaotic as ever. Shopping for brands under one roof is sometimes convenient so long as you know exactly what you are looking for.Parking for two hours thirty minutes is free and there’s abundance of slots.

Excellent choice of the usual stuff here - but terribly slow at the tills. 9 tills 4 staff - but with only one till operating. Que of 8 customers all waiting - a few just left their chosen shopping items at the side and left without paying - including myself !! Needs proper management to sharpen up their act !!
