Excellent clinic for basic medical needs .... ie. Bloodtests, blood pressure checks, vaccinations etc. saving valuable G.P. appointments for more serious problems

Had a few bloodtests here lately and Amanda is absolutely brilliant, always easy to book, receptionists always smiling, happy and friendly which is always nice.

I came for a blood test absolutely petrified because of my past experience at the hospital, Amanda the phlebotomist and Georgina calmed me down and were very kind. They were both very understanding as to why i was scared and made me feel more relieved, Amanda was very gentle and has made me feel less scared to get a blood test would most definitely go back to her.

A wonderful day which was a huge success not only for me but for All those who attended. Everyone was so helpful and for the doctor on BP I want to say a huge Thank you to him as I was asked to go in to see my GP within an hour. What a relief for me. Thanks everyone and I hope you hold more days like that on Thursday.

The parking was chaotic and I had to back all the way out and park by the church and walk in- I arrived at 930amI queued in the rain for 10 minutes - covered outside area needed outside entrance doorThe ques were very longMaybe introduce scheduled appointments that can be booked online aswell as walk in so it’s more staggeredThe overall experience was stressfulThe staff were very niceI would prefer to see my practice nurseI was contacted 4 days after the visit has blood bottles weren’t labelled properly and I needed to have the blood test repeated
