We were very impressed with the customer service and attention to detail. It was the first time we boarded our dog here and she was pampered and taken great care of.Carl, at front of house, was so welcoming and helpful and the staff made such a fuss of our dog. It has a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. We would not hesitate to come back

My Dog had a lovely stay in the doggy Hotel.She said she particularly liked the pool area if you can grab a sun lounger before the German Shepherds nick them.Highly Recommended!

I left my puppy in the kennels for a few days, from beginning to end everyone at Imberpark were just incredible. I had a lovely tour before booking, my puppy had previously had an operation so they asked lots of questions to ensure he was well looked after. While he was in there I got some amazing photos sent through to me which put my mind at ease. And when I collected him, he was so happy and clearly had a bond with the staff already - I couldn't ask for more and will definitely use them again.

We booked our 2 year old Frenchie to stay over Christmas. We left a deposit - but trying to speak to anyone by phone to confirm was virtually impossible. Friendly staff but disorganised. They neglected to check his vaccination records. He returned and it was obvious he hadn’t pooed in at least two days. They kept a lot of our dried food so no idea what happened there?

We go here to get food for our dogs, but there is also a grooming parlour and boarding facility for pets. The people here are SO helpful and friendly, there is a massive choice of pet foods/beds/pet essentials etc that are competitively priced. It is always our first port of call for anything our dogs need. They also supply bird food which is really good value compared to garden centres.
