Walked through the door to a friendly welcome. Instantly made me feel at ease. The ladies are all friendly offering smiles, a seat and refreshments. Being a new customer there is a small consent form. Lucy was my stylist, talking to me about what I wanted, giving professional advice but not pressuring you. I felt very relaxed during the whole appointment. I can't fault this business. They offer a late night and you can contact them through social media, WhatsApp, on their website or even popping in the salon. Any questions? They will help as much as they can. Definitely, without a doubt, fully recommend.

Wanting a radical change from my current hairstyle, I came to Diamond Appearance after seeing it being recommended numerous times. And I can see why!Not only did Lucy give me the most amazing colour (I have honestly never had so many compliments on my hair in my life!), but she is the most wonderful, genuine person. Her and Maddie made me feel so welcomed and relaxed in the salon.I definitely recommend for a fantastic product and a lovely atmosphere.Thank you guys for my fabulous hair. :)

First time at Diamond Appearance recently, due to moving area. Always worrying when you visit a new hairdressers, but owner Lucy and trainee Teghan were very welcoming. Thank you Lucy for my hair colour and restyle... I love it. I have had lots of comments about how lovely my hair looks. Would definitely recommend.

Today was my first visit to Diamond Appearance. Lucy fitted me in on the day despite how busy they already were. I was the last appointment and she still took her time to make sure I was happy with my hair before closing. Highly recommend!

My daughter came here today for a cut with Lucy. Lucy was amazing with her, made her feel safe and let her know what she was doing with her hair. Her hair cut was spot on and fantastic! Thank you Lucy, definitely be back for another cut soon!
