Great swimming, nice location, good facilities. Staff were very friendly and welcoming on my first swim and gave some valuable advice. Felt very safe, I'll definitely be back soon.

Brilliant open water swim training location with a 1,000M and 500M circuits. The water is relatively clear, booking a slot is very easy with the app and there is plenty of space to swim comfortably even on busy sunny and hot days. The staff are great, there is parking and a good cafe.

Friendly place, nice lake for swimming, and pleasant just to sit and watch afterwards. Parking can be a bit of a challenge depending on your booked time slot, but usually works out. They can sell you some essentials (e.g. tow float, which is required here), and there’s a reasonably priced cafe (cup of tea and a nice piece of cake was £3)
