I needed some hlass to put on the top of some painted drawers which had curved horners at the front & 90° at the back. I thought they wouldn't be able to do that but the glass is a perfect fit. It was delivered the next week & it isn't the first time they have provided glass tops in the past for me which I've been always been highly delighted with.

Abbey Glass installed doors and windows here 5 years ago. Never been a problem until today. The french door wouldn't lock earlier today - called them and they were here within a couple of hours and fixed the problem. No fuss no fee. That's why you deal with a long standing reputable company that stands by their product.

Having recently had a new front door I would like to share my experience. I cannot praise Abbey Glass enough. They listened attentively during our visit to the showroom and gave honest advice. The quote was easy to understand and was comprehensive. They kept their promises with the delivery date and the finished product was excellent. My wife and I are delighted and would wholeheartedly recommend them to others.

Customer Service.I had 14 windows and 2 doors fitted by Abbey Glass about 18 months ago at some considerable cost. The guys who fitted them were brilliant.Middle of last year I had a problem lock the back door from the outside. It took me four phone calls to get somebody out to have a look at the issue and this only happened when I spoke directly to the manager. Yesterday I had the same problem with the door, again I contacted Abbey Glass and got through to a gentleman who had a poor customer service attitude and said that someone would call me back. - No Call. - Again I contacted Abbey glass this morning and had to ask to speak to the manager as the time and dates given to send someone out were ridiculous. I wonder what would happen if my door wouldn't lock ? would someone visit straight away????While the products are good and the fitters excellent, the after sales leave a lot to be desired. need to train telephone staff in good customer service to start with and then deliver good after sales service!

My honest review had a garden room completed this year and really pleased with Abbey Glass. Quality product and materials we had a few issues along the way, but you really find how good the company is in how they deal and put things right. Conservatory roof replaced with solid roof, absolutely delighted with my updated conservatory. The guys worked so hard and so efficiently, nothing was too much trouble for them. Right from Glen Sales director to Frank the surveyor who kept in constant touch with me throughout the renovation, highly recommend this friendly and professional team
